Orphan Care Program (OCP)

Orphan Care Program (OCP) is a humanitarian initiative launched in 2022 by the Community Services Program (CSP) with the generous support of individual donors and partner organizations. The program was established with the objective of supporting orphaned children in Pakistan and Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJ&K), particularly in the field of education. OCP aims to remove financial barriers that prevent vulnerable children from continuing their schooling and to ensure they receive equal opportunities for academic growth and personal development.

Under this program, CSP provides comprehensive educational support including school uniforms, books, notebooks, shoes, school bags, and annual fee assistance. In addition to academic support, OCP also focuses on the emotional well-being of orphaned children by delivering gifts on special occasions such as birthdays and Eid days, provided by donors and partners. These gestures help to create a sense of care, belonging, and encouragement among the children.

CSP maintains regular coordination with school administrations to closely monitor the academic progress of orphan students and to ensure that their educational needs are properly addressed. Currently, orphan children from District Muzaffarabad and Neelum in AJ&K, as well as from rural Islamabad, are active beneficiaries of the OCP program. National, international, and individual donors remain actively engaged with CSP to expand support and assist a growing number of orphaned children and families in completing their education successfully.
