Muhammad Siddique Hussain

Mr. Siddique is a seasoned development practitioner with expertise in sustainable social development, capacity building, program development and governance. His work primarily focuses on local governance, campaigning, social mobilization, institutional strengthening through capacity building, and networking. With a wealth of experience in program and project design, resource mobilization, partnership development, field operations, and monitoring implementation, Mr. Siddique has consistently demonstrated leadership in driving impactful social change.

His key skills include facilitating inclusive policy dialogues among diverse stakeholders, identifying developmental needs, and crafting targeted policy interventions especially in areas related to community development, civil society strengthening, humanitarian aid, resilience-building, and social safeguards. He has worked with prominent national and international organizations such as Oxfam, Islamic Relief, and UNESCO, where he managed high-impact programs in Pakistan addressing sustainable development, education, health, infrastructure, livelihoods, WASH, women’s empowerment, climate change, and capacity building initiatives.

In addition to his field expertise, Mr. Siddique has served as a certified trainer with renowned institutions, including the National Centre for Rural Development (NCRD), Human Resource Development Network (HRDN), British Council (UK), CIRDP (Bangladesh), and Rockflower (USA). His vast experience also extends to community development, mobilization, and the development and delivery of training manuals at all levels. Through these efforts, he has contributed significantly to fostering community resilience, driving institutional capacity-building, and enhancing the effectiveness of civil society organizations.

Abdul Waheed Qureshi

Mr. Abdul Waheed Ph.D. in Project Development, has extensive experience in the development sector have served in various roles from managerial positions to consultancy with organizations such as AKRSP, AHITI, LEWW, RI (USAID), FAO, TF, BRACE and BRSP. Throughout his career, he has developed expertise in project proposal design and budgeting, planning SOPs, monitoring and evaluation, and overall project management. He is skilled in training design, curriculum development tailored to client needs, performance appraisal, and human resource and administrative management. Mr. Qureshi also possesses strong analytical and report-writing abilities, as well as excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Highly flexible, he is willing to work beyond regular hours when required to ensure successful project implementation.

Zeeshan Ahmed Razi

Mr. Zeeshan is a development professional with an M.Phil. in Rural Development and over 18 years of experience in multi-sectoral programs. He has held leadership roles with organizations including Islamic Relief Pakistan, Ministry of Health Pakistan, and World Learning USA, collaborating with donors such as USAID, Penny Appeal Pakistan, ActionAid, and Kashmir Fund Denmark. His expertise spans strategic program design, results-based management, M&E, partnership development, and initiatives in livelihoods, WASH, education, health, environment, advocacy, and governance. He is highly capable in data analysis and preparing comprehensive reports, and he excels in building relationships, organizing work, and conveying ideas effectively. He is skilled in stakeholder coordination and delivering high-impact, community-centered programs that promote sustainable development and resilience.

Kashif Mahmood Butt

Mr. Kashif has a professional qualification from ICMA. He is professional accountant with 18 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, budgeting, grants management, and donor reporting within national and international humanitarian and development organizations. Brings 13 years of national-level and 6 years of international-level experience as Finance Manager with Islamic Relief in Haiti, Chad, and Mali. Mr. Kashif has extensive experience in managing projects funded by DEC, Start Fund, EU, DIPECHO, DFID, SIDA, PPAF, Christian Aid, UNICEF, WFP, and Islamic Relief partner offices. He also played a key role in financial strategy development in drafting and implementing finance, administration/supply chain, and human resource policies and procedures.

Asma Gardezi is a seasoned professional with over 14 years of experience in Islamic Relief Pakistan, World Learning USA and Shahid Afridi Foundation. She has extensive expertise in program management, monitoring & evaluation (MEL), donor compliance, and strategic reporting. Have successfully managed projects funded by various donors she ensures high-quality implementation aligned with Results-Based Management frameworks. Her strong leadership in institutional strengthening, stakeholder coordination, and system development significantly enhances CSP’s operational excellence and accountability.

Program Officer Biodiversity Conversation and Climate Change

Dr. Babar Zahoor

Dr. Babar Zahoor holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Science and Engineering from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. He also completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Smithsonian Institution in Front Royal, Virginia, USA. With over 14 years of experience in wildlife research and climate change initiatives, Dr. Babar specializes in species surveys, camera trapping, habitat modeling, spatial distribution analysis, and the use of geospatial tools such as ArcGIS, Google Earth Engine, and R. He is a recognized expert on Asiatic black bears and has published numerous studies on their activity patterns, as well as on the projected impacts of climate change on species distribution in northern Pakistan. In addition to his work on black bears, his research also includes studies on common leopards, pheasants, and ungulates. Dr. Babar is known for his strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

An experienced education professional with strong expertise in school monitoring, academic supervision, and quality assurance. Proven track record in designing and facilitating training and capacity-building initiatives for teachers and school staff, as well as contributing to curriculum development and institutional improvement processes. Have served with national organizations in the education sector. Skilled in schools administration, oversight of school construction and rehabilitation projects, and strengthening coordination between schools, communities, education departments, and partner NGOs. Experienced in organizing parent-teacher meetings, regular follow-ups, policy-level consultations and dialogue to enhance education outcomes.

Muhammad Hanif

Mr. Hanif is a dedicated and results-driven Field Engineer with hands-on experience in supervising site activities, ensuring quality control, and monitoring construction and infrastructure projects. Skilled in site assessments, technical reporting, contractor coordination, and compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations. Has working experience with non-government organizations, government departments and institutions in managing field teams, overseeing material usage, verifying work progress, and ensuring timely project completion within budget.
MONITORING, EVALUATION, ACCOUNTABILITY AND LEARNING SYSTEMS
Initiation of Log Frame Matrix (LFM) / Concept Note (CN):
  • Development begins with the creation of the Log Frame Matrix.
  • Concept Note or LFM is initiated by the concerned field team.
  • Forwarded to Head of Programs (HOP) with technical input from the MEAL team.
Role of MEAL Team in LFM Development:
  • Ensure agreement among all stakeholders.
  • Verify SMARTness (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound) of indicators.
  • Support targeting of interventions.
  • Recommend baseline studies for result-based monitoring and evaluation.
  • Conduct proper log frame analysis.
  • Assist in conducting field-level studies or analyses.
  • Leads design of tools, methodology, and data analysis techniques.
  • Execution of field-level activities.
Finalization of LFM and Results Framework:
  • After LFM finalization, MEAL team develops the Project Monitoring and Evaluation Plan in consultation with HOP.
  • LFM and M&E Plan, along with other relevant documents, constitute the Results Framework of the project.
  • Final approval of the Results Framework is done by HOP.
Progress Monitoring:
  • Project Progress Tracking Sheet (PPTS) is developed to track major output-level indicators.
  • MEAL team ensures a consistent flow of data on specific indicators.
  • Data is preferably collected through Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs).

Community Services Program (CSP) demonstrates strong administrative and operational capacity through well-established policies and guidelines that govern the planning, implementation, and management of its projects and programs. These policies ensure standardization, accountability, and compliance with both organizational and donor requirements, providing a clear framework for effective project delivery. The organization’s operational systems define roles and responsibilities for field teams, management, and support staff, enabling timely decision-making, efficient resource allocation, and coordinated implementation.

GOVERNANCE

The Board of Directors (BOD) is the prime governing body consisted 04 females & 03 male’s members of the organization that appoints chief executive officer (CEO) who is directly accountable for its management supported 4 members senior level Country Management Team (CMT). Currently, the board of directors comprises of seven members. High Ratio of female members is showing that this is a women led organization, which is directly working for women empowerment. The meeting of BOD is held every year to review and approve policies concerning business of the organizations and approve changes within the BOD. The CMT consists of Chief Executive Officer, Head of Programme, Manager Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Accountability (MEAL), Manager Finance and Support Services.
