Community Services Programme (CSP) is a national level multi-disciplinary, non-governmental, non-political and non-profit organization established in 2008 and formally registered in January 2009 under registration & control act 1982.
It aims at alleviating the sufferings of affected populations by delivering rapid, flexible, effective and timely humanitarian emergency response and building resilient communities under triple-nexus programming underpinned by gender, disability and protection mainstreaming, transparency and accountability. The CSP works with disadvantaged segments of society by collaborating with national, provincial and local authorities, UN agencies, other in-country humanitarian & development actors, Community Based Organizations (CBOs) and Youth & Women Groups. It enjoys a unique advantage of having a rich pool of female & male youth volunteers who actively participate in all phases of project management and play their pivotal role in community engagement and accountability (CEA). CSP partnered with many international/ national organizations and grassroots community institutions (COs, VOs, CBOs, LSOs) to deliver sustainable, innovative, cost-effective and impactful quality interventions in the sectors of disaster community organization/mobilization, preparedness, emergency response, mother & child healthcare (MCH), education and child welfare, water, sanitation & hygiene (WASH), climate change adaptation, food security & livelihoods, women & youth empowerment, advocacy & campaigning. It uses community institutionalization, environmental protection, CEA, gender, disability & protection as crosscutting themes delivering all kind of interventions.
